Your Tasks

Lead the development and execution of robust global eCommerce channel strategies for designated regions, business units, or categories
Guide, mentor, and expand a high-performing global eCommerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Identify and optimize tools and technologies to enhance sales performance
Oversee sales and P&L for pure-play eCommerce retailers, ensuring the overall financial health of the channel
Ensure top-tier product and brand presentation across all online platforms, optimizing content, and promotional strategies
Collaborate with Channel Marketing ensuring continuous improvement
Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic analyses

Your Profile

5+ years of experience in a similar role, with deep expertise in eCommerce and digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing
Leadership experience, preferably in a global setting
Comprehensive understanding of online retail and marketplace dynamics, with affinity for IT and a track record of optimizing processes and structures
Strong analytical skills with expertise in using analytics tools for strategic decisions
Exceptional communication skills with success in negotiations with international key accounts
Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a plus
Willingness to travel internationally
