Head of (m/w/d) CoE Global Talent and DE&I
Ihre Aufgaben
- Management of the global Center of Excellence with a focus on Leadership Development, Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) as well as budget management and responsibility
- Further develop and implement a comprehensive talent, leadership and DE&I strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Design, develop, and deliver talent management and leadership programs, including training workshops, coaching initiatives, mentoring programs, and succession planning
- Create and implement talent assessment processes
- Promotion and further development of a respectful corporate culture and implementation of processes and guidelines to promote equal opportunities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and the HR-Community to ensure implementation of initiatives and strategies together with regional HR business partners and respond to global requirements
- Collect and analyze data, such as talent management data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in talent management and leadership development to continuously improve the CoE's offerings
- Develop change management processes and tools to support the integration and engagement with change management principles, especially from a cultural standpoint
Ihr Profil
- Significant experience in HR, in talent management, leadership development, or related roles, ideally in a global context
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to think strategically, understand organizational needs, and develop long-term talent management strategies
- Strong analytical skills to collect and interpret talent management data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for CoE initiatives
- Experience in software projects including good knowledge of MS Office, ideally SAP HR and SuccessFactors
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
