Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)

based in Athens

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Order & Delivery Management: Process orders and documents in SAP, coordinate delivery dates, and follow up on transport.
  • Customer Data Maintenance: Manage customer master data including pricing, conditions, and contact details.
  • Customer & Sales Team Communication: Handle calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate product and service information.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Identify customer needs and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Financial Checks: Review customer financial status prior to delivery.
  • Reporting & Offer Preparation: Prepare reports for the Sales Manager and assist in creating customer offers.
  • After-Sales Coordination: Collaborate with service partners, manage spare parts stock, and oversee compensation processes.
  • Service Documentation: Create service reports and ensure clear communication with TSC International.
  • Office & Waterstudio Management: Organize and maintain local office and Waterstudio functionality, including visitor reception.
  • Ramp-Up Support: Assist in the organization and execution of ramp-up activities.

Ihr Profil

  • Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
