Head of (m/f/d) Sales - Global Projects
Ihre Aufgaben
As Global Head of Sales – Global Projects, you shape the international project business of the Hansgrohe Group. You lead a global team that engages with the key players of the international design and construction industry. Your goal: position Hansgrohe as a preferred partner and ensure our products are specified in leading hospitality and residential projects. You own the global Project Sales strategy, develop and adapt it together with local organizations, and build the foundation for sustainable growth across all regions. The role includes substantial international travel to priority markets and project sites.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a global team of Key Account Managers and Project Consultants engaging with architects, designers, developers, and hospitality groups worldwide
- Define and evolve the global Project Sales strategy in close collaboration with local markets, ensuring alignment with regional business dynamics
- Enable and empower country organizations through tools, processes, trainings, and best practices to strengthen specification, pipeline management, and growth
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in architecture, design, real estate, and hospitality
- Drive alignment, transparency, and performance across all regions to achieve profitable and sustainable growth in the Global Projects channel
- Visit priority markets and project stakeholders on site to accelerate specification wins and strengthen executive relationships
Ihr Profil
- Several years of leadership experience in international B2B project sales, ideally within the building, architecture, or sanitary industry
- Demonstrated success in business development, specification, and strategic sales growth
- Strong ability to navigate matrix organizations and lead teams with dotted-line reporting
- Ability to build and leverage internal and external networks and operate effectively at executive level
- Excellent capability to translate global strategies into local market execution
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset, analytical strength, and high personal accountability
- Fluency in English; German or other languages are an advantage
- Willingness and ability for substantial international travel
