Ihre Aufgaben

  • Managing Inquiries:
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
    • Provide accurate information about products and services.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Order Processing:
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
    • Maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Prepare reports on customer feedback and service issues.

Ihr Profil

  • Experience in a similar position 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Empathy: Ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment.
