Sales Director (m/f/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead, develop, and inspire high‑performing sales teams
- Develop and execute a 3 years commercial strategy aligned with company objectives, business plan, market potential and channels trends
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities, segments, channels, and key customer groups to accelerate growth and market share
- Define and implement commercial and pricing strategies in line with HQ guidelines and local market dynamics
- Drive price, portfolio, and channel strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability
- Lead market intelligence and data analysis to anticipate customer needs, competitor actions, and industry trends
- Deliver revenue and profitability growth across all segments and channels versus annual budget
- Set and steer OKRs, KPIs, budgets, and performance targets for the sales organization
- Ensure best‑in‑class sales processes (lead generation, pipeline management, key account planning, forecasting accuracy)
- Strengthen customer intimacy and brand advocacy, with direct involvement in top Key Accounts and buying groups
Ihr Profil
- Experienced leader with strong team‑building, engagement, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong commercial mindset, ownership, and execution focus
- Proven experience translating business strategy into local, multi‑channel execution (wholesale, retail, DIY, projects, e‑commerce)
- Strong sales management, negotiation skills, key account management, and pricing expertise
- Solid financial acumen (margins, forecasting, P&L)
- Data‑driven and analytical, with experience leading digital transformation
- Results‑oriented, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Spanish – minimum C1
- English – minimum B2
