Your Tasks

  • Planung, Steuerung und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Land-, See- und Luftfrachten
  • Überwachung von Termin- und Express Sendungen
  • Exportabwicklung inklusive der Erstellung erforderlicher Zoll- und Ausfuhrdokumente
  • Ausführung von Verwaltungs- und Servicetätigkeiten im Versandumfeld
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Sonderaufgaben

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Speditionskaufmann/-frau
  • Berufserfahrung in der administrativen Versandabfertigung
  • Kenntnisse von Export- bzw. Zollprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Modulen, idealerweise auch mit SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
