For our TSC team in Europe we are looking for a

Technical Service Responsible (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

As a technical Sales responsible, you are leading and coaching our technical service team and support our customer service and sales team in all technical questions and help maintain the best possible service for our customers. 

  • You are coaching and leading our technical service team 
  • You are in charge of steering and further develop and optimize our processes to bring us to an even better service level in the future 
  • You are the technical expert and knowledge multiplier by educating and training internal colleagues in customer service and sales as well as our external partners and local craftsmen
  • Documentation is key – therefore you take care of creating and maintaining service reports and document the whole processing as well as maintaining customer data and interactions in our ticketing system 
  • You are in charge of planning, steering and tracking the visits of technicians as well as the future development and steering of organisation of internal and external service technicians
  • You are there for troubleshooting assistance, including visits, for technical specifications pre and after sales
  • Help get our technical service to the next level by evaluating the local statistics about incoming complaints and identify key areas to react  and develop and optimize our processes in technical sales 

Your Profile

  • Several years of Experience in a relevant field, with proven track record of leadership  
  • Familiar with the sanitary technology (installation and assembly)  
  • Willingness to constantly learn in the light of our expanding product categories
  • Customer-Enthusiasm – enjoying being in contact with our customers and delivering outstanding service with a solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lead and inspire a small team 
  • Strong communication skills  and resilience 
  • Very good Spanish language skills are mandatory
  • Good English skills, Portuguese is a plus
