For our Operations team in Wasselonne we are looking for a
Manager QHSE
Your Tasks
- You are committed to ensuring quality, hygiene, safety, environment and energy efficiency at the heart of operations, you are a key member in the implementation of sustainable and secure solutions. Join our team as QHSE Manager (m/f/d) and contribute to a safer and more efficient future ! You will carry out your missions in cooperation with your colleagues and the support of the services of the headquarters.
- On a daily basis, you will lead a team to monitor and maintain the QHSEE system. You will supervise the quality processes, verify their implementation and ensure compliance with group standards. You are the local relay for product compliance within the group.
- You will participate in CSE meetings focused on occupational health and safety. In these subjects, you contribute to the analysis of work accidents, the proposal of preventive measures, training and awareness of staff. You are the driving force in assessing the risks of the site and reducing them.
- You will also analyze customer complaints and internal non-compliances, and work with the headquarters to make improvements.
- You are responsible for maintaining the ISO standards of the production site, so you perform and follow certification audits.
- In general, you will ensure the regulatory watch and backup of the service’s missions.
Your Profile
- You have completed a technical training of Bac +5 level, with a QHSE experience. You have a first significant experience (5 to 10 years), ideally in an industrial world and with management notions. English and German langage skills are essential.
- You have an excellent command of computer tools (e.g. Office suite) and general QHSEE topics. The practice of SAP is a plus. You have a strong autonomy in compliance with the company’s QHSEE policy and know how to supervise a team. You know how to manage priorities, have a sense of rigour and good communication.
- You take pleasure in teamwork and exhibit excellent autonomy, initiative, and responsiveness.
