Manager Finance and Controlling

Financial Closing & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate month-end/year-end closings, maintaining compliance with HGB, US-GAAP, and audit requirements.
Reporting & Decision Support: Analyze financial data to produce reports, dashboards, and simulations; advise management on financial implications of strategic choices.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business plans; conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial insights.
Operational & Commercial Support: Optimize financial processes, support commercial teams with pricing and profitability analyses, and drive digital transformation in reporting and planning.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related fields with 4–7 years in financial/business controlling, ideally in an industrial or commercial setting.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HGB, Dutch tax law, SOX compliance, GDPR, and internal control frameworks.
Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP R/3, SAP BW (Analysis for Office), Excel, and MS Office; strong data analysis skills, especially with sales metrics like pricing and margins.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; Dutch or German proficiency is a plus.
Core Competencies: Analytical, structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial with strong communication and leadership qualities.
