For our International Sales Global Projects team in London we are looking for a
Showroom Manager (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
As Water Studio Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our flagship customer and brand experience space in London — The Water Studio. This unique space plays a vital role in how we connect with customers, elevate our presence in the design community, and bring our innovation and values to life. It’s where storytelling meets strategy, and where your leadership will help shape how people experience Hansgrohe and AXOR.
Your role will be both strategic and hands-on. You’ll lead the development and execution of the Water Studio strategy in close alignment with our marketing and sales goals, ensuring all activities support visitor engagement, brand storytelling and commercial success. From hosting architect-led sessions to curating standout events, you’ll be at the heart of driving best-in-class experiences that leave a lasting impression.
As a natural host and brand ambassador, you’ll be responsible for delivering a welcoming, immersive environment for every visitor — whether a client, a designer, an architect or a project partner. You’ll champion AXOR’s and Hansgrohe’s identity in the UK market, building creative campaigns and experiences that resonate with our design-led audiences, whilst also supporting the sales team through lead generation and tailored follow-ups.
You’ll also lead and develop your team, ensuring high standards, seamless operations, and continued growth for both individuals and the Studio itself. Collaboration will be key — working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, PR and HQ counterparts to maximise impact and ensure the Studio is integrated into our wider commercial strategy.

Your Profile

You’ll ideally come from a background in brand, marketing, interiors, events, retail or showroom management — and you’ll have a genuine appreciation for design, innovation, and people.
