Team Lead Retail & Key Account Manager DIY & E-Commerce (m/f/d)

based in Amsterdam

Your Tasks

  • Lead with purpose: set clear goals, monitor team performance, and support professional growth
  • Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team culture
  • Manage strategic accounts across Retail, DIY, and E-Commerce channels
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
  • Develop account strategies and negotiate annual agreements
  • Drive commercial planning and execution across multiple sales channels
  • Identify growth opportunities through market, customer, and competitor analysis
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs with precision
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and sales tools for accurate reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and other teams
  • Champion customer satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution  
  • Implement customer-centric initiatives to enhance experience and loyalty
