Team Lead GP & Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

based in Amsterdam

Your Tasks

  • Lead your team: Set clear goals, monitor performance, support professional development and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key customers and partners in the projects and installation market.
  • Actively collaborate with departments such as marketing and logistics to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely use of CRM and other sales tools.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Sales Director in creating a sustainable strategy by giving pro-active feedback on market opportunities and development.
