For our Customer Service team in Athens we are looking for a
Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)
based in Athens
Your Tasks
- Order & Delivery Management: Process orders and documents in SAP, coordinate delivery dates, and follow up on transport.
- Customer Data Maintenance: Manage customer master data including pricing, conditions, and contact details.
- Customer & Sales Team Communication: Handle calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate product and service information.
- Customer Satisfaction: Identify customer needs and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Financial Checks: Review customer financial status prior to delivery.
- Reporting & Offer Preparation: Prepare reports for the Sales Manager and assist in creating customer offers.
- After-Sales Coordination: Collaborate with service partners, manage spare parts stock, and oversee compensation processes.
- Service Documentation: Create service reports and ensure clear communication with TSC International.
- Office & Waterstudio Management: Organize and maintain local office and Waterstudio functionality, including visitor reception.
- Ramp-Up Support: Assist in the organization and execution of ramp-up activities.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
