For our Sales team in Athens we are looking for a

Sales Manager (m/f/d)

based in Athens

Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute local sales strategies and business plans in accordance with the corporate strategy and in collaboration with the superior
  • Achieve sales targets and manage budgets, market share, and profitability
  • Build strong customer relationships and generate high-quality leads
  • Support existing clients and drive business development
  • Monitor market trends and implement local pricing strategies
  • Launch new products and manage in-store presentations
  • Oversee marketing, promotions, and after-sales support
  • Organize training for sales teams and customers
  • Lead and develop the local sales team
  • Manage operations of the local office and Waterstudio

Your Profile

  • Multiple years of sales experience in the sanitary industry; experience in international companies and markets is a strong advantage
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
  • Deep knowledge of the local sanitary market across all channels (Trade, Projects, DIY)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (internal teams, trade partners, architects & designers)
  • Proven expertise in customer relationship management and negotiation
  • Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver’s license
