For our Sales team in Saudi Arabia we are looking for a
Manager (m/f/d) KSA
based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Your Tasks
Business Leadership
- Drive overall business performance across the territory, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and profit targets.
- Prepare and execute the annual business plan and budget based on market, segment, and channel potential.
Sales & Market Development
- Lead and monitor all sales activities across multiple channels.
- Ensure customer needs are understood, anticipated, and translated into actionable commercial strategies.
- Expand market presence and reinforce the brand through strategic initiatives.
People Leadership
- Recruit, lead, develop, and coach the regional sales force.
- Build a high‑performing team aligned with long‑term organizational goals.
Operations & Compliance
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations in the Riyadh regional office.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments (marketing, customer service, finance, production, HR).
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate compliance and internal processes.
Your Profile
- Degree in Economics, Architecture & Interior Design or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5–7 years of leadership and sales experience, preferably in the sanitary or construction industry and with deep understanding of project business and regional trade procedures
- Strong analytical and technical capabilities: Database & online research skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Confident presenter and strong organizer
- Reliable, flexible, ethical, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong international and intercultural mindset and collaborative team player
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East and occasionally to Germany
- Fluent English, arabic is considered an advantage
