For our Sales team in Singapore we are looking for a
Specification Lead Global Projects APAC
Your Tasks
Strategic Leadership & Commercial Execution:
- Develop and own the APAC GP specification strategy, including multi-year vision, annual goal setting, territorial breakdown, and detailed implementation roadmaps.
- Drive the achievement of all Specifications, conversion, and key account targets for the Global Projects channel across the region.
- Lead the development and expansion of Hansgrohe’s project business by directly engaging and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders with core focus on architectural & design firms, and international hotel chains.
- Continuously optimize the use of our sales ERP (C4C) to enhance management efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and accelerate business growth.
- Ensure a professional, consistent, and systematic project follow-up process from specification to completion.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of all key contacts, projects, and activities within the CRM tool, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- Actively capture and analyse key market intelligence, competitor activity, and emerging trends, providing strategic reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with channel marketing function to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness and preference for our two brands and new products as well as strengthening relationships with A&D firms and Hotel Operators
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Team of Specification Consultants across the APAC region
- Collaborate closely and systematically with sales teams across the APAC region to maximize conversion rate through a synchronized follow-up and strong collaboration.
- Be responsible for performance management, capability development, and fostering a high-performance culture characterized by professionalism, dedication, and collaborative excellence.
Your Profile
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a role managing teams.
- A proven track record in the building materials, bathroom/kitchen fittings, or related premium consumer durable/construction industries is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in managing complex specification and project sales channels, with a demonstrated ability to navigate the A&D and Hospitality sectors.
- Established network with architects, designers, developers, and hotel groups in the APAC region is strongly desired.

- Strategic Acumen: Good strategic planning, analytical, and business vision. Ability to translate market insights into actionable, winning strategies.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire high performance, develop talent, and influence external partners at the executive level.
- Commercial Drive: Deep understanding of project sales cycles, channel dynamics, and distributor management. A relentless focus on achieving results.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A true team player adept at cross-functional collaboration.
- Resilience & Adaptability: High tolerance for pressure and ambiguity. Thrives in a dynamic, target-driven, and fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Field of study is open.
Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in additional APAC languages is a significant advantage.
