For our Sales team in Zagreb we are looking for a
Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Croatia, Slovenia and SEE
Your Tasks
- Develop and execute Sales Strategy and Business Planning for the assigned markets
- Responsible for sales targets and budgets (marketshares, sales, customers, costs, margins, investments, sales team)
- Establishing and maintaining an effective formal and informal network to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of service
- Creating a sales funnel that continually is topped up with new, high quality sales leads
- Advising, supporting and business development with existing customers
- Monitor and report about market development
- Implementation of the multi-channel strategy including pricing at the local markets
- Introduction of new products to market and take care about product presentations at POS
- Prepare, executie and monitorpromotions, adverts and marketing activities including responsibility for our Water studio in Zagreb
- After-sales support and organization of trainings for the local sales team and customers
- Organize and ensure regular reporting and KPI metrics including CRM tool
- Leading and developing the Sales Team
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a sales role in the sanitary industry, preferrably already within in an international operating company
- Strategic thinking and Hands On mentality
- In depth knowledge about local sanitary market in all channels (Trade, Projects, DIY)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to various stakeholders (internally, Trade, Architects & Designers)
- Excellent Customer relationships management and Negotiation skills
- Planning, Analyzing, Decision making Skills
- IT competencies and knowledge i.e. Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English language and valid driving license
