For our Global Projects team in Schiltach we are looking for a

Team Lead (m/f/d) Global Projects Strategy & Services

Your Tasks

  • Define, implement and steer the GP strategy and key initiatives
  • Develop strategic recommendations for new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with GP Sales, Marketing and Global Project Consultants
  • Drive further development of Opportunity Management in C4C and related processes
  • Promote cross‑border collaboration and strengthen the ‘We Hansgrohe’ culture
  • Ensure consistent GP communication across markets, incl. trainings, summits and digital channels
  • Support GP Sales with key account analysis, reporting and business reviews
  • Lead, coach and develop the GP Strategy & Services team while coordinating international HQ requirements

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree in international Business, Economics or comparable degree
  • At least 3 years professional work experience in the area of Sales / Project Sales / International Key Account Management
  • Open minded and willing to listen
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to support cross-border collaboration
  • Teamplayer who influences others (even without a reporting line) - Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • High level of reliability, flexibility and personal integrity
  • Excellent English and German skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally, as and when required
