For our Subsidiary Croatia team in Zagreb we are looking for a

Managing Director Croatia & Area Sales Manager Adriatics

Your Tasks

  • Hold full responsibility for sales targets and responsibility for profit targets.
  • Establish and maintain effective formal and informal relationships with significant customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of service.
  • Prepare both corporate and annual business plans based on market/Segments/Channels potentials and monitor their progress, employing cost-efficient means to attain objectives and reporting of monthly sales and development of KPI´s to stakeholder.
  • Assure a high efficiency of the sales field team and allocate their capacities according to future market growth potentials.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years professional work and leadership experience in an overall management role and in the area of Sales and Business Development.
  • High Degree of entrepreneurial spirit, commercial thinking, analytical ability and financial awareness combined with a strong leadership approach.
  • Deep knowledge of sales instruments and strategies.
  • High level of reliability and personal integrity, solid competency to build trustworthy relationships across internal and external stakeholder circles.
  • Fluent in English. Croatian is a plus.
