For our Customer Service team in Casablanca we are looking for a
Customer Service Employee
Your Tasks
- Managing Inquiries:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Order Processing:
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and service issues.
Your Profile
- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and French. Additionally english is a plus.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
